Google Calendar and Google Ads, connected

Plan campaigns on a calendar. Adbridge runs them on Google Ads.

Map your marketing events to a calendar, create Google Ads campaigns from them, and let schedule rules pace the budget. You connect your own Google accounts and review every campaign before it runs.

Free to start. You connect your own Google accounts. New campaigns are created paused.

Adbridge

What it does

The full create, read, and manage loop against the Google Ads API, driven by the calendar you plan on.

Marketing calendar

A built in calendar with month, week, and day views. Events sync both ways with Google Calendar, so your plan and your calendar stay in step.

Campaign creation

Create Search and Performance Max campaigns with budget, location and language targeting, keywords, match types, and negative keywords. Build one campaign or the same one across many accounts.

Automation

Schedule rules keep a campaign enabled inside its event window and paused outside it. A performance guard pauses a campaign when its cost passes a threshold. A scheduled job applies changes while you are signed out.

Accounts and analytics

Import the accounts under your manager, then read spend, clicks, conversions, and ROAS per account, grouped by manager and by currency. Manage users, access, and billing in one place.

Reviews with Meet

A scheduled campaign can get a review event with a Google Meet link, so your team checks the plan before any budget is spent.

Review before run

Every new campaign is created paused. Automated changes are reconciled in a way you can review, so nothing goes live without your say.

Calendar to campaign

Turn a calendar event into a campaign

Open an event and create a Google Ads campaign from it. The dates, ad copy, keywords, and targeting are set up for you, and the campaign starts paused.

  • Search and Performance Max, with full bidding strategies.
  • Multi location and multi language targeting, keyword match types, and negative keywords.
  • The campaign links back to its event, shown on the calendar.

Automation

Rules that run the campaigns for you

Set how a campaign should behave around its event, then leave it. A scheduled job reconciles every rule on its own, and only changes a campaign when the desired state differs from the current one.

  • Schedule: enabled inside the event window, paused outside it.
  • Performance guard: pause when cost or cost per conversion passes a threshold.
  • Runs while you are signed out, using your stored grant.

Accounts

Read your whole account tree in one view

Import the accounts you can access, then see them grouped by manager with rolled up totals. Money is reported per currency, so totals stay correct across accounts.

  • Spend, clicks, conversions, cost per conversion, and ROAS per account.
  • Search, status filter, and a daily trend across imported accounts.
  • Users, access, manager and client links, and billing in one console.

How it works

01

Connect your accounts

Sign in, then connect Google Calendar and Google Ads. Each capability is a separate grant you control.

02

Plan the calendar

Add marketing events to the calendar. They write back to Google Calendar so both stay in sync.

03

Create campaigns

Create a campaign from an event. It is created paused so you can review it before it runs.

04

Automate and review

Turn on schedule and budget rules. Adbridge enables, pauses, and paces campaigns around your events.

Your accounts, your control

Adbridge acts on your behalf through the official Google APIs. It never asks for your password and never works around Google policy.

Your own accounts

You authorize your own Google Calendar and Google Ads. Sign in grants identity only. Each capability is a separate connection you can revoke.

Stored safely

Refresh tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Campaigns are created paused, and automated changes are reconciled in a reviewable way.

Limited Use

Adbridge only reads your calendar events and your Google Ads data. It does not sell your data, use it for ads targeting, or train models on it.

Read the Privacy Policy and Terms.

Frequently asked

Do I connect my own Google accounts?

Yes. You authorize your own Google Calendar and Google Ads through Google sign in, and you stay in control. New campaigns are created paused so you review them before they run.

What data does Adbridge access?

Only what it needs: your calendar events and your Google Ads campaigns. It follows the Google Limited Use policy. No selling data, no ads targeting, no model training.

Which campaigns can it create?

Search and Performance Max, with budget, ad group, ad, keywords, and location and language targeting. It also manages status, schedule, and budget on existing campaigns.

How does the calendar sync work?

Both ways. Events you create in Adbridge write to Google Calendar, and your existing events show up here, so campaign timing always matches your plan.

Will it change my campaigns without me?

Only inside the rules you set. New campaigns start paused, and automation only mutates a campaign when its desired state differs from the current one.

Do I need a Google Ads developer token?

Yes. Adbridge talks to the official Google Ads API, which needs a developer token. You connect your own.
